David Le Lay Architects believe that a good working relationship with the client encourages better design. We place great importance on providing good quality advice based on personal experience of building private houses for individual clients. We offer a full range of services from providing initial design concepts, through to administration of the construction process. We have successfully completed many projects ranging from large country houses and executive family homes to small mews houses on urban sites. Many clients have sought only to extend their homes, possibly by adding an extra floor, or even just to refurbish part of their house.
